Evan Mehdi Fournier is a French professional basketball player from Saint-Maurice. As a teenager, he stated to play junior basketball at the French INSEP academy. Fournier started his professional basketball career at the Nanterre 92 (France) in 2009. After one year he changed to Poitiers Basket 86 and in 2012 Fournier was selected by the Denver Nuggets in the NBA draft. Later in 2014, he was traded to the Orlando Magic in exchange for Arron Afflalo.

Fournier has several interesting tattoos on his body. There is a bracelet shaped Maori tribal tattoo on his left forearm. On his right arm, you will find a tatted coniferous forest.
